Disappointing and extremely frustrating lack of service from DHL International - Berlin Germany

DHL in Germany, Berlin - your inability to deliver packages entrusted to you is absolutely shocking. I sent a package with someone who visited Berlin who agreed to kindly send it from Berlin to Bad Homburg v/d Hohe. Upon doing the delivery of this package, the courier responsible to deliver the parcel just blatantly disregards the fact that the name of the addressee is on the letterbox, decides that because the name is not on the doorbell as well - this doorbell that is next to the letterbox on the same wall of the same house and subsequently then decide to send this package all the way back to the sender address which is in South Africa. Trying to call customer service in Germany from South Africa is an absolute nightmare as they dont speak English even though it is an International language. I have been kept holding on the phone listening to instructions in German for ages, when someone eventually picks up the call I get told I don't speak English, phone another number and either get cut off or transferred everywhere, including Malaysia. I have made almost 10 phone calls to Germany yesterday, costing me a fortune because the service agents don't speak English. I am now trying to get someone to give me the return waybill number so that I can ensure this doesn't just 'disappear' somewhere. A task which is proving near impossible as I am unable to get someone who can assist me in English. It is an absolute grave Mistake entrusting DHL to deliver on their promises and just deliver a package to an address which is clearly marked with the addressee name on the letterbox.
