DISAPPOINTED IN DHL EXPRESS SERVICE FOR MONTHS

Delayed deliveries and no follow ups on all shipments sent with DHL. We send parcels on a weekly basis from Madagascar and almost every parcel is delayed for sometimes up to two weeks before delivery. Customs stops that are not warranted as all our documents and samples sent comply to customs regulations. This is frustrating and really not worth using DHL to send parcels. There fees are the highest around but they are not delivering the service that we pay for. Highly disappointed in DHL express.
