Disappointed

After waiting for 2weeks for my parcel I was told that I need to pay R2800 to release it and I wanted clarity on why would I pay for something that wasn’t bought but designed by somebody for me and they explained what didn’t really make sense to me and I told them I didn’t have enough money to pay at them time but they should keep it for me and I’d pay Month end of August but when I followed up I was told that my parcel has been destroyed because it was on their facilities for more than a month, I called the DHL express to ask them to check if the parcel is still there but no one bothered to get back to me after taking my details. This company is international and they took their time to deliver my parcel but couldn’t wait for me to pay. I Paid about R4000.00 for the dress and they still wanted me to pay extra 2k as if we we have money lying around I am very disappointed in them. I lost money for trusting them with my parcel
