DHL's service is utterly pathetic
Absolutely terrible service. They do not respond or acknowledged emails sent to the correct address, then they get the customs information wrong, then they ask online for the correct information, do nothing with the information, ask again a week later for the same info. It's utterly pathetic. And a week later, my 2 day express parcel is still not delivered
