Dhl's Lack Of Service

The service is pathetic. Even if you talk to customer care. Your core use of an express courier is because you need something asap. Yet it will be in hold for duties, yet you don't get an email with the request for duty payments. You must investigate and find out. Even when it's paid your shipment is still on hold or pending delivery. Even though you've called and begged it's urgent. They simply don't care. I still don't have my package. Was promised delivery yesterday morning. And I need it for a wedding tomorrow. The stress and the incompetence of the customer care line is a joke. FedEx is by far the best. I'd use FedEx before DHL anyday. And encourage others to do the same.
