it is with absolute disguss that DHL Express now inform me that it will take them 7 working days to retrive my parcel and then the will make arrangements to deliver. After I was first told that it will take 2 to 3 days. I can only but wonder if this sudden increase of days got to do with my complaining and requsting to follow up. Well Done Mr Mulondi Dzebu, Customer Care Executive, you won. I just dont have the strenght to keep sending emails to get this sorted.
