DHL you suck
Just read the other reviews and am in exactly the same boat. 3 charges went through. They arrived 2 hours late at the wrong place. Their website allows you to book a collection when it is in fact not available at all. So shocking. Now on hold waiting to speak to someone as their accounts dept is closed before 4pm!!
