Dhl you still a joke

This is my second complaint about Dhl. I am still waiting for them to let me know whats going on. I did get a response to my last complaint however I have also read all the other complaints and they all received the same response as my own. This can only mean that these people paid to respond are not worth there money or there job as my 3 year old also knows how to copy and paste on a computer maybe she could work for dhl. No one has phoned or tried to explain whats going on to me, all i have is a string of emails that make no sense to anyone who does not know dhl's short hand. <br> Can the person who responds to this please actually respond this time don't just say your favourite word 'escalate'.
