DHL YOU CAN DO BETTER
Appalling service from DHL Express. Your Service Centre personnel need more training. It should not take 6 days for a courier service company to deliver a parcel from Cape Town International Airport to Sandton, Johannesburg. I am so frustrated. And every time I follow up I am being told a different process and a different story. Clearly if you need a parcel delivered urgently, DHL IS NOT THE SOLUTION.

Can I kindly request you to send me the address in Sandton so I can assist with rerouting the shipment to the correct service area for delivery.
