DHL YOU ARE USELESS AND ***********
Is there a minus review for this Company? Because that is what they deserve! i have been in business for 4 0 years and have not come across incompetence and *******ion at this level! We have been wafting for a gift to arrive from the UK for my daughter - since March! Everyone missing in Action - countless calls and trying to get hold of clearing people! Then they want R 14 000 for storage - because their people were not available i have to pay! Eventually after throwing my toys, someone responds from DHL - all the bla bla - pay the import duty - then guess what! They want R 600 now for storage after letting us wait for months! i have asked for the package to be returned - they cant even get this going! USELESS does not describe you DHL!
