DHL - Yet More Horrible Communications.

<p>After I wrote my review of DHL International, "Very poor communication - including telling me things that were not true", Ms. Charmaine Ram wrote to us indicating that she would investigate my case and send me Email updates on progress.</p> <p>Well, here we are one week later and I have yet to get a single update. So when I Emailed Ms. Ram about this, she apologised, saying she was on leave and thought her colleague had closed the file. Well, that's not very creative as far as excuses go, but I suppose it's better than, "The sun was in my eyes."</p> <p>I still await Ms. Ram's investigation and my claim for a full refund of fees stands</p>
