DHL Worst of the Worst

We used DHL for shipment from US to SA. We paid the R40k shipment fee snd customs and duties of R28k. This has now been months and our shipment is still not release. Spoke to consultants held on for hour and then phone was dropped. We submitted document after document and still none the wiser. We are a small business that desperately depends on this shipment to be delivered. There is no human treatment we tried and tried snd tried.
