DHL WORST INTERNATIONAL COURIER EVER!!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE

<p>I have imported a package through DHL. Before the package arrived I requested the invoice from DHL so that I can pay for customs duties and VAT and hence there will be no delay in the clearance process once the shipment arrives. I called DHL twice requesting the invoice, but nothing. The package then arrived in South Africa and clearance was delayed on account of the invoice not being payed. The package was delayed because I had no invoice from DHL, and its for this exact reason that I called and wanted to pay before the package arrived. When they eventually sent the invoice I payed right away and the package was once again delayed at customs. The service I have received from DHL was PUTRID!!! Still waiting on my package!!! DON'T EVER USE DHL COURIER!!! SAVE YOURSELF FROM HAVING TO GO THROUGH WHAT I DID </p>
