DHL: Worst Courier

I am seriously disappointed in DHL Express. After looking forward to a package that was coming from my home country from my family (I'm working in Florida seasonally), DHL *****ed up the delivery.

They really should be WAY more clear about you "end of day" times. My parcel was to be delivered to my work to insure its safe arrival, naturally most businesses do not stay open until 9pm. At 8pm last night I got a text message saying I need to reschedule the day and time of delivery (which I did do). Today, December 21st, I phoned customer service to ask that they kindly insure that the parcel is to be delivered NO LATER THAN 4PM! I was assured that my parcel would be in my hands by 4 pm, so I was all smiles and full of excitement.

Alas, that was short lived... I phoned again at 4:10 pm to find out where the parcel was as it had not been delivered yet, the person I spoke to informed me that it was never out for delivery today. So uh where is it then??

So at the moment, it feels like no one knows what the hell is going on, nor do they know where my parcel is. Fantastic.

I will never ever recommend DHL to anyone ever again, and nor will I ever use your services.

DHL Express gets 1 star because there is no negative stars option.
