DHL what a disgrace steer away from *****

DHL what a disgrace, you pay a huge amount for delivery and service but you get none, call take alot delivery team for service advice. A delivery was suppose to take place, you wait all day!!!! And nothing comes then you get a report saying "no one was home" really that is your excuse during covid and no phone call. I call DHL at 16:55 to follow up on my delivery only for the consultant to tell me it will still be delivered it can be delivered after 8PM as that is DHL policy y. Now your call centre is closed I guess it was home time she didnt bother to follow up with the delivery guy. Phone your clients dont send Sms's you are cheap but we pay huge fees. Disgusted deliver my package I paid you already
