DHL- What a disappointment
DHL has been making empty promises since day one.
I understand that they are making use of third party courier services but they are extremely unreliable. My package is delayed by more than a week, they haven’t even come to pick it up.
After lodging a formal complaint I have been contacted by customer care, but still. My package hasn't been picked up.
The gift that was supposed to be collected a week ago.
I would strongly recommend anyone to think twice before using DHL, to avoid disappointment
