DHL went the extra Mile

I lost my shipment to the UK, a valuable tube of Artwork, Violet Lekoko at DHL in the tracing department spent 6 weeks locating and re-directing my tube, she was brilliant and kept me up to date almost daily. It was a mammoth task. I thought we would never find the tube again, but we both worked hard to find it. She never gave up and her service was outstanding.
