DHL VERY SUB STANDARD SOUTH AFRICAN SERVICE

DHL has got to be by fare one of the worst couriers, a mandate is given to them to have a package delivered, once it is "suppposedly" at customs that is the last you hear from them. Tracking information says my package is in South Africa, Customs and the Post Office say they have no record of it. There is no one South Africa to talk to, you when you send an email it goes to the overseas office. I am so tired of fighting with people, but if its an express service suddenly it goes through customs no problems.
