DHL very bad service. (Lazy agent already taking 14 with customs clearance).
<p>I used to be very satified with DHL's service. Parcels would be cleared before it lands. Now it is already 14 days after it landed. And all I get is excuses. I cannot believe the service is so bad now. And this is foe a DHL Express package. Theagent did not even make any effort to contact me, I had to phone them.</p>

I would like to profusely apologise about the non communication in regards to the clearance of your shipment. As agreed I will look into it and update as to how we can speed up the process since shipment has been stopped by customs.
