Dhl using incorrect hs codes and terrible service!
I have made an order from overseas and fair enough dhl sends me an email to pay duties but the import amounts are incorrect as they are charging me 30% using a duty not for the product I purchase I refuse to pay them until they do something about this i contacted them 2 days ago they said they will get back to Me but yet still no feed back this is terrible
