DHL uses SA postal service which we all know does not work
DHL an international "Door-to-door" shipping company use the South African Post Office for final delivery. When one pays a premium to get home delivery and avoid the SAPS where the parcel has to be collected - this is not acceptable.

This parcel did not move on the DHL Express network but via DHL Global Mail. DHL Express operates totally independent from other divisions like Global Mail, Global Forwarding and Supply Chain.
Looking at the tracking number mentioned, GM***, I can confirm that your shipment is not moving on the Express Network but on the DHL Deutsche Post Network.
These shipments are handed over to the Local Postal Services in each country to handle the delivery. You need to contact the Post office on either *** or by Phone on +27 (0) 12 ***, quote your tracking number. The consultant will be able to provide you with the delivery information required to confirm when you can expect receipt of your shipment.
