DHL USELESS ON INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

I posted a package of 4.2kg to Belgium on 26/4/2024 I had to pay R2605.00 for that. My Daughter received a message that the package has been sent back to South Africa without being delivered. So Much for DHL what the ...... all that money with no delivery Be careful to anyone thinking of even sending anything with DHL They DONT EVEN KNOW WHY IT WAS SENT BACK !!???????? SERIOUSLY
