DHL - USELESS

DHL, your service is *******. My husband left a parcel at a hotel in Kempton Park, and needs it sent to Nigeria. First I get told that the city isn't on their system, but DHL have an office there and the operator got argumentative with me. So I went in to see if I could generate a quote and oh look...there it was. Husband sends parcel to their Derrick Road branch to make things easier.... OH MY WORD.....does anyone actually work there?? None of the numbers work or just rings and when I got the managers cell number...still not available, an hour after. I spent 40mins on the phone being sent from pillar to post and I still haven't been able to get hold of someone so I can arrange for the parcel, on their premises, to get sent!! DHL, leading logistics company..... Definitely NOT.
