DHL Urgent before it is too late!

HI DHL - You have quite a simple task to do - Collect a package and then Deliver that packages. Your staff seem to struggle with it. My wife did a DNA test it is very Urgent she found out that she is Adopted 55 years ago, and we are trying to find her family / mother and father before it is too late! - The package shipping has already been paid for by the company that have send it from the UK. Now it is really a simple task - pick up the package and deliver it back to the UK. We've been struggling now for more than a week to get this done. Can you please assist us to make this happen as quick and effortless as you can?
