DHL Unprofessional

Parcel arrived at the airport on Friday last week. DHL didn't bother to tell me there's information required before they can despatch. If I didn't call I wouldn't have know. Today received a call from driver telling me he'll deliver by 18h00. It's 21h00 and he's been ignoring my car from 18h30. Never using DHL ever again
