DHL - time to find a service provider that delivers
DHL have done it AGAIN , taken my parcel and used it as paper weight on someones desk until I queried why it has not moved off the desk and meeting promised delivery date. No sorry No reason why I still have to pay for service (sic)
What happended to service delivery ?

Thank you for responding, regretfully our client expected the parcel delivered in Singapore today 9th and it is a paperweight on someone desk, with no Dhl updates as to why.
If we did not call to ask oursoelves and our client would have been none the wiser
This is really a major decline in the old Dhl 3 rings and time for us to look for a service provider
