DHL THE WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER

Actually this courier service do not deserve any rating at all and since after last year September after my complain due to their consultants mistake i must pay something i were not suppose to pay and up till this day no response of whats so ever has come back to me, DHL, you the worst i strongly recommend any of the people i know not to use them and i hope everyone sees this post as well, be aware as they do not give a FXXK about what you think and they are just full of ego, Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!

Good day Jimmy,

Thank you for bringing your concern to my attention.

I have looked into your query and have noted that the shipment came in to South Africa declared as a gift. Customs concluded that the shipment was incorrectly declared and imposed a fine of which would have to be paid in prior to your shipment being released for delivery. DHL unfortunately can not revoke the shipment penalty as this was imposed by customs and facilitated by DHL.

I regret the impression you attained when you were dealing with the waybill in question, but would like to advise you that the delay and the Penalty charge were imposed by SARS and not DHL but value you expression as it would help up improve on such situation.

Clearly you have no idea of whats going on and jumping to conclusion as usual, the item in the invoice i have ordered with invoice is 2 packs of underware, 1 pair of shoe and 3 hoodies, but your consultant tells me there is 4 hoddies after customs inspection, there for a penalty is processed and i have to pay R2003.00, but when i receive the package i have opened the box and taken a video to prove there was only 3 hoodies, up till this day i still have the video as proof and you people are just giving a **** about it, so simple you people or custom guys cant count or cant do math, how can you messed up 3 item with 4??????? That just show you how ******** people you guys are. Enough of your official reply publicly and email me to revolve the issue, i will send you the video and all the conversation with your consultant.
