DHL - THE WORST COURIER IN THE WORLD

DHL driver collected 2 pieces from us on 1 September. As I know how *********** DHL are, I made the driver sign that he had collected 2 pieces and as they were extremely fragile we packaged them in front of him and made him sign that they were all in good order. Surprise, surprise!! Only 1 of the 2 pieces is delivered. DHL have used every excuse under the sun even blaming me saying I wrote 1 piece on the waybill when in fact the driver had filled out the waybill. 7 days later and I am no closer to finding this shipment. Both shipments were local deliveries, how hard is it to find it????? I have lost count of the amount of calls and emails I have sent which all go unanswered or ignored. No one follows up and no one from DHL actually gives a sh*t about their customers. When you eventually get through to someone, they are all rude and obnoxious and make you feel like you are wasting their time. I will never ever use DHL for anything. The most pathetic and useless courier company to ever exist! SO many lovely caring couriers out there to use, DHL is not one of them!
