DHL The Worst Courier in SA

Worst experience ever. Made a booking at the depot personally on 8/8 - promised collection on the 10/8 and delivery to me on the 13/8. When I called on the 13/8 they had not even made the booking yet. Promised collection 14/8. Called on the 15/8 - still not done. Now it's the 17/8 - I still don't have my documents 9 days later! I'm holding on to their call centre now - they can't track my waybill???

This is the worst any courier has ever performed!!!

Akhona, You have not addressed the issues: 1. I booked on the 8th and was promised collection on 10th and delivery to me on the 13th 2. This didn't happen - so I was promised collection on 13th 3. This didn't happen so I was promised collection on 14th 4. I personally gave the address for delivery to Musa - why send the docs to CT? CALL ME and advise the change supp**** by the sender and ASK what to do 5. I asked for a supervisor to call me - never happened 6. I am getting my documents (if I receive them on Mon 20th) 12 days after booking Even your customer service is pathetic!!
