DHL terrible service, 11 days and still no parcel
My parcel was meant to be delivered on the 31st August 2022. Even after calling them they still did not deliver it. Today is the 5 Sep and the parcel is still not delivered as it was sent to the wrong place. We pay R2000 for a parcel to be delivered in 3-5 days from the USA but it has now taken 11 days and still not delivered. These people are a complete rip-off and I can guarantee that they will not refund any of the money that was paid for express delivery.
