Dhl tells customer he's a nuisance, stop calling. We can't assist you.

Dhl is refusing to issue me a certificate of loss for the last 2 weeks. I've spoken to multiple employees, none of which know how to draft a document and email it.

Dozens of calls have been made. Hundreds of rands have been spent on airtime, to no avail. I've spoken to Akhona, who was very rude and did not want to assist me. She assured me I would have the document on the 17/09/2020.

I have not received it, nor have I received any feedback from her or anyone else regarding the document. Whenever I call, I'm treated like a nuisance, I'm told everyone knows about my case, yet nobody amongst all of these employees can draft a document or can email me to update me on the case.

I'm constantly told that nobody can assist me. This is after waiting hours on the phone. When you ask if they can call you back, they say no. This is the kind of service that is good enough for Dhl.
