DHL - takes your money but does not pick up/deliver as contracted
I am extremely unhappy for a second time with DHL. I have placed orders which are not picked up at the requested times and feedback and follow up from staff here is non-existent. After my first bad experience I unfortunately tried them again expecting them to be better. They were not. DHL, you do not know the meaning of customer service.
