DHL support and service fail.

Parcel has gone missing, no support, no contact details. Support desk merely copy and paste the tracking status and send from a no-reply email address. No help whatsoever. As the recipient I have no recourse, it must be instituted by the sender, LiveGood, who are equally uninterested in helping me.
