DHL Super efficient

DHL have really impressed me with Super efficiency ! I logged a request to DHL Express to help expedite some shoes I'd ordered online from China which I needed for a wedding. Within 5 minutes I was called by the friendliest lady, Leboza Madihlaba, who was professional and went the extra mile to deliver nearly a week earlier than expected. She called me daily to update on the whereabouts of my parcel. She treated my little shipment as if it were the most important in the world. What a change in a world where the little man is usually ignored at the expense of a big corporate client.
