DHL sucks ! better service from the post office

my parcel arrived in south africa on the 12 feb i had paid for 3-5 day delivery <br> i was only contacted by phone a week and a half later to say my parcel was in customs and i duly asked for <br> my invoice to be emailed to me so i could pay the custom duties and get my goods <br> i confirmed my email with the lady on the phone and told that the invoice would be sent right away <br> ...wait 1 full working day and no invoice i then got on to [URL Removed] and sent inquiry about my parcel been almost a week and no reply !<br> i then phoned the call centre after being passed around like a like a JOINT at WOODSTOCK ! i finally spoke to a consultant and reconfirmed my email and was told that the email he had was spelled incorrect once again i spelled my email again and the consultant told me he was busy and would send it later ! 1 full working day later GUESS WHAT ... no invoice i phoned again and after being told my email was still spelled incorrectly i respelled it again and have finally got my invoice i have now lost time and money on this and was a absolute waste to pay for 3-5 day shipping cause your staff cant spell or use a computer <br> i would have got BETTER SERVICE FROM THE POST OFFICE ON STRIKE
