DHL - Still waiting for delivery???

Needed a special package delivered asap from CPT to JHB, ordered Sunday 22nd August, pick up Monday 23rd in CPT, its now been in JHB for 3 days and still no sign of it? They have handed over to 3rd party but that means my tracking is now non-existant. I contracted DHL not a 3rd party? Customer service has been poor and can provide very little now telling me I might get it tomorrow. 5 days after pickup? Very dissapointing and for what I paid I could have flown to CPT myself to pickup. If aomeone can tell me qhere it is I'll go pick it up myself. Consider using other services in future.
