Exasperated, Unsolicited abusive service from DHL South Africa My friend of 63 years send me a parcel from Canada DHL ***. , paid over R3000 ZAR for the parcel to reach me in the Greater Karoo, only to be harassed by non-stop forms that he has to complete and send back on a daily basis. The parcel, in all fairness, should be returned to him and he needs to be refunded, because why does an act of kindness and simple "gift Sharing" be subjected to this unsolicited ******** behavior. DHL obviously has many faces, but the one in Africa seems dark...very dark, and as we say here ...OE E E.
