DHL *****ing from people

I've about heard enough of DHL. I want my refund please. I booked for a collection in January 2020 from Grahamstown to Toronto Canada, mind you these are 4 pages (A4 pages). The quotation was R334 which i accepted. This amount was the same i had paid for another collection from Grahamstown to Toronto also 4 pages in Sept 2019. Imagine my surprise when an additional R497 is deducted from my brother's card because the price was now all of a sudden more than double what was quoted. How is this even possible. I have been told, you are right the documents were 0.06kg not 0.6kg and the next thing no the price of R832 is correct. What nonsense is that. Even if i do i quote on your website for a package for 1kg it does not give me R832 the price is in the R400s. It seems your online people are not sure of what is happening and im tired of waiting for calls that do not happen. No one can explain to me how 4 papers can be more than double what was quoted. If your website pricing is wrong, that is really not my problem. Sort out your mess and give me back my money!
