DHL SPRINGFIELD DURBAN PATHETIC SERVICE

DHL Springfield park has the worst service, I sent a mail last week to BIANCA JORDAN who has ignored my request, i giving you guys business, Yesterday 12/10 i called in the same branch spoke to Tengitile Dlamin but I am still waiting on her to provide a quotation, she quoted this reference number 12/2881, this was logged yesterday afternoon, it is already 11;35 I AM WAITING TO PAY, I cannot pay without an invoice, I called in the 02nd time today and spoke to Lelo I am hoping she can assist , I hope this reaches management, I am now posting on google so I can get assistance , DHL Springfield is the worst branch to deal with
