DHL South Africa is the worst

DHL South Africa is the worst. I have received many parcels with the same products from the UK in the past 2 years. But this time they want to charge an additional R7240 ontop of my Duties for multi line entries while all the products fall under the same Customs category. In end of May/begining June I received a delivery that was over a R120000 and only had to pay about R20000 duties. This week I have a R24000 delivery and is expected to pay R15000 in duties and services on top of the delivery cost. Don't use DHL. They charge you whatever they feel like on the day. Very disappointed with DHL
