DHL SOUTH AFRICA IS ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO DHL INTERNATIONAL! SOUTH AFRICAN BUSINESSES SHOULD USE A BETTER COURIER COMPANY!
DHL SOUTH AFRICA has disappointed me. I was informed that they would be making a delivery between certain hours today - NOTHING. I tried to call them. NO ****** ANSWER! THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONES! When finally I managed to get through, the person answering laughed at me and PUT THE PHONE DOWN. How do I run a Global Business on the basis that DHL South Africa is a BADLY run company (worse than the South African Post Office) when I pay a Premium for a DHL Delivery.
