DHL South Africa - a nightmare!

Absoloute nightmare once parcels arrive in South Africa. Online payment portals do not work, no attention is paid to change of delivery address - changed well in advance. Cannot get copies of DHL / Customs documents. 2 incomng parcels from UK - and experinced the same level of service. Send endless mails asking for a DHL personnel to call me - no reply. Waste hours chasing after them!!!
