DHL South Africa

DHL South Africa is absolutely USELESS. I receive shipments every month and whenever it comes with DHL there is an issue!.. my latest experience is they only declared one invoice out of 8 to Customs as they were obviously too lazy to go through all the import documents. It has been 2 days now and the lady who is meant to assist is 'not in the office' and noone else seems to want to help. They just transfer my call to a number that does not get answered!!!! PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!.. So my shipment is stuck in customs till this lady decides to answer me???
