Dhl slow service

I ordered an item which was supposed to be for eid date delivered as per shipping date and requested a morning delivery as we go out at night only to be told they will try to deliver it the same day but latest next day delivery. Eventually after two phone calls the item arrived. Incorrect item but it wasn't DHL fault. The company sent the wrong item. Never the less I was quoted shipping fees twice and never paid twice before there is no indication on the website that there are extra shipping fees.
