DHL shocking service!

Absolutely shocking service

Waiting 6 days for a package to be picked up when I was told it would be picked up on the same day.

Each day since then I have called various times and been promised that day it would be picked up or that someone would call me back etc.

Nobody has arrived or bothered to call.

I have asked for a refund to be told that the finance department will be in touch and guess what still no call from them either.

How can a large company like this handle their business so badly! I paid a large amount upfront for it to be done and nobody can actually tell me what the problem is

Very poor service, will never use DHL ever again and will definitely advise everyone I know against going with them as well
