DHL Shocking service

Be aware that if you see the sign DHL internationally it does not always means courier - as per my info below... After the sender from Germany sent a parcel via DHL addressed to me in SA - and I have not received it to date - the sender followed up and was informed that the parcel arrived - 18 Jan 2021. I received the tracking number from sender and went to the DHL site to trace it. and yes, it Indicates the parcel arrived. I have contacted DHL via customer care email - requesting where is the parcel which was supposed to be delivered at a home address... and DHL informs me via email they cannot trace this parcel... I managed to get a number from our local DHL office for SA - *** - just to be told through help desk this is nothing to do with DHL and it is DHL German Post - phone them or phone a tollfree number - which we cannot phone from our country and I did informed the person on helpdesk. Reply was then I cannot help. After logging a complain via email I was then informed that the tracking number has changed and herewith the correct number - thanks!! but it is not helping me... I have no idea where this parcel is and at which post office... and once again - only a tollfree number available to contact. I am shocked to see this type of service from a recognised international company.
