DHL Shipping to Incorrect location and cannot give a reason why it happenend

Package was supposed to be delivered to Cape Town 10 May, however DHL arrive with the package 10 May in Cape Town then decided to send it to Johannesburg for some reason. They don't want to tell me what has happened. This delay has cost thousands to fix.
