Dhl service sucks
Their service is pathetic, I ordered something from the USA a month ago ,my shipment finally arrived in the on the 19th November and it was supposed to be with me then but it took them ten to deliver it. I wasn't ho.e when they tried to deliver it the first time, but they said on the website a new delivery attempt would be made, it's been another 3 days and I still got nothing. When I eventually phoned to find out what is happening, they just say they don't handle the delivery once it arrives in the country. On their website it clearly states they handle the delivery and their customer service sucks cause no one wants to help. All I want to know is when am I going to receive my package that's all.

As I keep telling you guys on the phone, your website states that my order is being delivered via Dhl parcel. But you guys keep telling me it's at the Randhart post office. You never even sent me an email to notify me that it was there. As always I had to be a complete asshole to get a decent answer from you. Why do I always have to get very very mad and ****ed off before I get the answer I want. I'm really not satisfied with your service, you guys take twice as long to deliver items than other companies. I would fix that little problem if I was you.
