Dhl **** service still waiting on package

<p><span style="color: #666666; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; line-height: 20px; background-color: #ffffff;">Ive had a package delivered via DHL and from dhl it was sent to the post office.Every time I phone its just at customs every time.I'm so gatvol already of this bad service.On the post office website it says my package haven't arrive in south africa yet but when I phone Dhl they say it is in the country and just awaitng clearance.I would lile to know by when the hell I'm getting my package and why isn't the systems properly updated</span></p>
