DHL - SERVICE SHOCKING!!!

I seriously disappointed with the service from DHL. I have sent several emails and called DHL regarding my query. I got through to the call centre who then told me they were putting my through to a supervisor. I was subjected to listening to the same song playing over and over... No one answered the phone and I was on hold for quite a while. Surely I am not the only customer experiencing the shoddy service!!!! Top employer, I think not!!!!!! I need to claim back the medication that was destroyed from my insurance - waybill number ***.
